Description
La Polvorería is an old farmhouse surrounded by farm lands, that sits on the side of the Tenes river, just across from the village Bigues i Riells. This allows you to enjoy the quiet of the area and the convenience of being close to the major amenities.
The village has many small shops, most of them open on Sunday, among which we may point-out a traditional cooperative, with an oil mill and a wine press, with a large cellar were one may taste and purchase many of the specialties of the country.
The house is fully equipped with modern household appliances for your comfort and enable you enjoy your stay. One of the rooms is on the ground making it suitable for the elderly or disabled, whilst the others are on the first floor, accessed via a large staircase.
The large garden, (about 500m2), with its swing, barbecue and garage will help you and your children enjoy a memorable holiday in a nice and welcoming place.
